When will be my pictures delivered?
24 working hours(10am to 7pm) post payment excluding public holidays and weekend.
How many pictures we provide?
There is no limit for the pictures as of now all the pictures will be provided after quality check and basic retouch.
What is basic retouch?
Color correction, Exposure correction, framing correction
Do we have any half hour Service?
No we don't

Similar to the Service that you have booked
How do I make a payment?
Payments can be made securely via credit/debit card, UPI, net banking, or other online payment gateways integrated on our platform.
Do you accept cash payments?
No, Pixalba does not accept cash payments. All bookings must be made through our secure online payment system to ensure a seamless and safe transaction process.
The Photographer/Videographer will be professional?
All Photographer/Videographers are going through training program before become part of Pixalba
What if my photographer cancels last minute?
If your assigned photographer cancels due to unforeseen reasons, we will arrange an alternative photographer at no extra cost. If that’s not possible, you will receive a full refund.
How long does it take to receive a refund?
Once approved, refunds are processed within 7-10 business days and credited to the original payment method.
Do you offer videography services?
Yes! Pixalba provides both photography and videography services for various events.
Can I reschedule my booking?
Yes, you can reschedule your booking at least 72 hours before the event without any charges. Rescheduling within less than 72 hours may incur a fee of 20% of the booking amount.
Can I request additional edits on my photos?
Yes! Basic editing is included in all packages. If you need additional edits, you can request them for an extra fee.
Do we share pictures of clients on our social handles?
If you don't want to share your images on our social media, please let us know and we will not share on social media platform
When the Photoshoot will start?
Your booking time will be considered as your Photography start time. Please select your booking time wisely.
In which cities can I book a photographer through Pixalba?
Currently, our services are available in Pune & Pimpri Chinchwad
How do I know if Pixalba's services are available in my city?
If your city is not listed above, don’t worry! Simply contact us through the website or call our customer service, and we’ll let you know if we can accommodate your location. We are constantly expanding our coverage to new cities!
